As an Italian from Milan, I aim to bring Italy's expertise in creating healthy and delicious food products to the global stage.
Despite Italy's renown for food and fashion, our country struggles to support startups.
With low-risk tolerance and scarce VC investment in food products and brands, raising funds for production is challenging.
